Lalita comes from an engineering and corporate design background. Shilpi comes from academia and literature.
We're Lalita and Shilpi. For many years, we were busy building our careers, looking after our families, and trying to do everything right. On the outside, life looked good. But on the inside, things were different.
We often felt tired, even after getting enough sleep. Small health problems slowly became a part of everyday life — joint pain, acidity, stress, low immunity, and the quiet feeling that our bodies were asking for more care than we were giving them.
We were not seriously ill. But we were not truly living, either.
"Then we looked around us. Our parents were managing diabetes, heart health concerns, and joint pain — doing everything their doctors advised — yet somewhere inside, still longing for something more natural. Something gentler. Something they could trust not just clinically, but instinctively."
Friends were exhausted. Young people were reaching for quick fixes that never really lasted. Everywhere we looked, people were getting by — but not truly well.
Everyone seemed to be looking for the same thing. Something natural. Something honest. Something they could hold on to. That's when we turned back to what we grew up with.
Ayurveda didn't feel like a trend to us. It felt like home.
Ayurveda was always around us. It was in our homes, in our kitchens, in the things our families quietly did every day without calling it anything special.
LINEAGE & REAL KNOWLEDGE
As we started learning more, we met experienced practitioners whose knowledge had been passed down through generations — the kind of learning that doesn't come from a textbook, but from lived experience, from family, from years of quiet observation.
We sat with them. We listened. We asked questions. And slowly, we understood why certain herbs had been trusted for so long.
RESPONSIBLE & TRUE EVIDENCE
We also spoke with qualified Ayurvedic doctors to make sure everything we created was responsible, safe, and rooted in genuine knowledge — not just tradition for tradition's sake.
The most honest reason we believed in this path is very simple: We had lived it. At different points in our own lives, we had turned to Ayurveda for our own health and we had felt real change.
Not overnight. Not dramatic. But steady, gentle, and lasting.

This is how NatBliss was born. But for us, that was only the beginning. We kept working — on ourselves, on the ingredients, on what more we could do. In this journey of giving our best to ourselves and to the people who believed in us, we and the brand evolved.
It was not just a rebrand. It was a result of the trust and love we received, the work we put in, and what we always wanted the brand and our products to reflect. And the journey continues.
